At The Divine Shop, we want you to feel as heavenly as you look; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
